With a career of over 30 years in the banking sector, Rui Bruno has remarkable leadership skills as well as a long experience in team management (> 400 persons) and in the strategic definition of the Marketing & Commercial plan (both partners and end customer). He’s a very experienced executive in market analysis, negotiation, and in the development of strategic partnerships, has a profound know-how in the implementation of tech products distributed through digital INNOVATION!
Being a Senior Executive for decades, he has extensive international experience in Financial Services, Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A (connection to several investment funds and venture capital), Consulting, Consumer Business and Business Strategy Consulting based on knowledge of Future Trends and Innovation, Expert Coaching and Investments.
Led several teams of Change Management (Thinking “Out of Box” or without Box …) and Optimization and Innovation (UX | CX | IoT | BI | AI | 3P’s Model | among others) of Processes, aiming at the best business practices and value creation for the client
With deep knowledge of the international market and World Consulting (TrendsInnovation), he was one of the crucial drivers in large distribution (furniture, electronics, glasses stores, dental clinics, among others) in some European countries, namely Portugal and Spain. With great know-how of the motorcycle sector, he was responsible for the implementation of campaigns and pricing, as well as for the analysis of results.
Expert in defining and monitoring PMO Tech Projects – up to the implementation of products and digital platforms at European and international level.
He is fluent in 3 languages, speaking in addition to Portuguese (his native language), English and Spanish.
